Lime spider

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon lime cordial
• 2 cups chilled lemonade
• 2 large scoops vanilla ice-cream

Method

1. Place 2 teaspoons cordial in each chilled glass. Top each with 1 cup lemonade. Stir.
2. Place 1 large scoop of ice-cream in glasses. Serve. Fill glasses no more than three-quarters full with lemonade so spider doesn't overflow when ice-cream is added.
