
Ingredients
- 250g punnet strawberries, washed, hulled
- 1.5L btl raspberry cranberry juice, chilled
- 1L (4 cups) lemonade
- Method
- Place the strawberries in a bowl and use a fork to gently mash.
- Transfer the strawberries to a large jug or thermos. stir in the juice. Divide among serving glasses and top with the lemonade.
Notes
- Picnic tip: Pop lemonade in the freezer a few hours before the picnic. It keeps your picnic basket cool and makes for a refreshing drink. Don't forget it's in the freezer though, or it could explode.
