Chocolate-dipped strawberries

Ingredient

• 100g good-quality dark chocolate, chopped
• 100g good-quality milk chocolate, chopped
• 100g good-quality white chocolate, chopped
• 500g strawberries, washed, dried

Method

1. Place dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan half-filled with simmering water (make sure the base of the bowl doesn't touch the water) and stir occasionally with a metal spoon until chocolate melts. Transfer to a serving bowl. Repeat with milk chocolate and white chocolate and place in serving bowls.
2. Place chocolate and strawberries on a serving platter and serve immediately.
