
Ingredients
- 4 large pita bread
- 250g soft-rind cheese, at room temperature
- 200g blue cheese, at room temperature
- 200g cheddar, at room temperature
- 200g muscatels
- 1 cup (100g) freshly cracked walnuts
- 1/4 cup (60ml) honey
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Place pita bread on an oven tray. Bake in oven, turning occasionally, for 10 minutes or until crisp. Remove from oven and set aside to cool. Break into large shards.
- Arrange the cheese, muscatels, and pita crisps on a serving platter. Place the walnuts on the platter and drizzle with honey. Serve immediately.
